Complaints

We understand that you may occasionally have concerns about your child. Our Academy is a welcoming place, so if you have any worries at all you should always feel confident in approaching us.

The first point of contact if you do have concerns is your child’s Form Tutor, Head of Department, Assistant Head or Headteacher. You can do this either in writing or by calling Reception and arranging an appointment.

We would hope that we can resolve matters quickly and satisfactorily at this stage. However if this is not the case, our Formal Complaints procedure explains what happens next.
