Careers

Our Academy aims to raise the aspirations of all students. We work hard to help our young people to build the skills and knowledge in readiness for life outside the classroom.

Not only do we provide a dedicated careers adviser, but we ensure that career development is at the heart of our Life Skills curriculum throughout Years 7-9.

In addition to our week-long programme of work experience for Year 10 students, all Year 11 pupils are offered a careers guidance interview. This is an opportunity to discuss future plans and many students find it to be an invaluable exercise. If you require career advice please contact M. Lovatt or N. Dews (enquires@sa.sat.coop) or independent career advisor K. Weston (enquires@sa.sat.coop).
